NAME AND CENTER OF THE ASSOCIATION
Matter 1- Name of the Association: ERCIYES ENERGY Association.
The center of the association is Kayseri. Branch will not be opened.
Purpose of the Association, Working Subjects and Forms to be Maintained by the
Association to Achieve This Purpose, and Field of Activity
Matter 2- The Association aims to manage energy, to increase social awareness in order to use the relationship between energy and the environment effectively and to organize symposiums, workshops, conferences and meetings in this context, to carry out studies on fuel saving, energy efficiency, clean and renewable energies, and to support the people and individuals who work on these issues. This association was established with the aim of supporting organizations, assisting scientific meetings held on energy at home and abroad, and supporting members who will attend the meetings.
Subjects and Forms of Work to be Pursued by the Association
1- To conduct research to enable and develop its activities, to write and implement projects for national, international and EU funding sources,
2- In accordance with the purpose, to ensure that the development of the energy sector takes place at the national level, thus to ensure that the right design, application and materials are used for energy systems that provide economic, ecological and comfort in our society, and to work to recruit members for the association,
3- To understand energy efficiency within the society, to take initiatives to raise public awareness, to protect the interests of the society in this field
4- To make written and vocal publications, to establish libraries, technical information and communication centers, to organize seminars, conferences, panels, fairs, exhibitions and trips to promote the association domestically and internationally.
5-To provide all kinds of information, documents and publications necessary for the realization of the purpose, to establish a documentation center, to publish publications such as newspapers, magazines, books and bulletins in line with its aims in order to announce its work.
6-To cooperate in accordance with the purpose in communication and harmony with professional and expert places, universities, public and non-governmental organizations, to provide training when necessary and to assist those concerned.
7-To provide a healthy working environment for the realization of the purpose, to provide all kinds of technical tools and equipment, fixtures and stationery,
8-To engage in charity collection activities and accept donations from within the country and abroad, provided that the necessary permissions are obtained,
9- To establish and operate economic, commercial and industrial enterprises in order to provide the income needed to achieve the objectives of the charter.
10– To open clubs, establish social and cultural facilities and furnish them so that its members can benefit from and spend their free time.
11- To provide research and coordination for solutions to solidarity, knowledge, manners and technical problems between members, and to carry out necessary studies and establish facilities to meet the social needs of members.
12– To work to provide public support and opportunities for members’ work abroad in accordance with the purpose.
13- To strive to ensure that design, consultancy, supervision, manufacturing, contracting, installation, commissioning and operation services in the energy sector are carried out by professional engineers who are experts in their fields.
14– To encourage works, projects and publications by giving material and moral rewards,
15– In order to develop and maintain human relations among its members, it organizes dinner meetings, concerts, balls, theater, exhibitions, sports, trips and entertaining events, etc. organize or enable them to benefit from such activities,
16– To purchase, sell, rent and lease movable and immovable properties needed for the activities of the association and to establish real rights on immovable properties,
17-If deemed necessary to achieve the purpose, to establish a foundation at home and abroad, to establish a federation or to join an established federation, to establish facilities that associations can establish by obtaining the necessary permission.
18-To join in international activities, to become a member of associations or organizations abroad and to collaborate or cooperate with these organizations.
19- In order to increase the knowledge, manners and experience of the members of the association, to assign members for domestic and international technical investigations by the decision of the board of directors and to pay their expenses.
20- To carry out advertising activities for job recruitment at home and abroad in accordance with the purpose, to print and distribute brochures in foreign languages, to provide assistance from relevant organizations and universities.
21-If deemed necessary to achieve the purpose, to carry out joint projects with public institutions and organizations on issues within their fields of duty, without prejudice to the provisions of the Law No. 5072 on the Relations of Associations and Foundations with Public Institutions and Organizations.
22- Establishing a fund to meet the essential needs of the association members such as food, clothing, other goods and services, and short-term credit needs.
23- Opening representative offices where deemed necessary
24– To create partnerships with other associations or foundations, unions and similar non-governmental organizations to achieve a common goal in areas that are related to the purpose of the association and not prohibited by law, to write, carry out and support the execution of projects for national, international and European Union grant programs.
25– To organize training, internships, courses, seminars, conferences, meetings and panel activities at home and abroad within the scope of national, international and European Union Projects
26– To prepare and carry out all kinds of educational projects and to make partnerships with relevant institutions and organizations in order to benefit from the grant funds created in cooperation with the Republic of Turkey and the European Union during the harmonization process with the European Union.
